The Sims 2 - HomeCrafter Plus
March 4, 2007
With HomeCrafter Plus you can create unique design elements for your floor tiles, wall coverings and ground cover and combine them in new ways. You can preview your own creations in HomeCrafter Plus before importing them to The Sims 2.
You must have The Sims 2 installed in order to install The Sims 2 HomeCrafter Plus. Don’t launch or install The Sims 2 HomeCrafter Plus when you are running The Sims 2 and/or The Sims 2 Body Shop. You can double click on the file and follow the instructions. Install it in the default folder.
Soozie explains in a few steps how to use HomeCrafter Plus:
Step 1: Open The Sims 2 HomeCrafter Plus.

Step 2: Choose what You want to create: wall coverings, floor tiles or ground cover (For My tutorial I choose wall coverings).

Step 3: Choose what kind of wall covering You want to create (For My tutorial I choose wall paint).

Step 4: Push the Clone Button
, Left Side Window.

Step 5: Don’t close HomeCrafter! Go to Your favorite Image Editor Program (like Photoshop) and open the Cloned Wall. You will find it in this folder located in MyDocuments:
EA/Sims2/Projects/Homecrafterplus/Workingmap.

Step 6: Create your own preferred Wall with your Image Editor Program and push save.

Step 7: Go Back to HomeCrafter Plus and Push the Round Arrow Button
(Left Side Window).

Step 8: Change Name, description and Price.

Step 9: Import in to game, Push Import Button
(Right Side Window).

Step 10: Push The Save in File Button
and Your game will make a Sims2Pack from it automatically.

Step 11: Go to Your game And check Your Own Made wall coverings.
I did all kthat but the file isn’t where you said it would be
