Unpack the downloaded files and move them to the specified folder:

.bmp-files (roofs) to /Maxis/The Sims/GameData/Roofs

.bmp-files (skins) to /Maxis/The Sims/GameData/Skins

.cmx-files (skins) to /Maxis/The Sims/GameData/Skins

.fam-files (families) to /Maxis/The Sims/UserData/Import

.flr-files (floors) to /Maxis/The Sims/GameData/Floors

.pub-files (houses) to /Maxis/The Sims/UserData/Houses

.iff-files (objects) to /Maxis/The Sims/GameData/UserObjects

.skn-files (skins) to /Maxis/The Sims/GameData/Skins

.wll-files (walls) to /Maxis/The Sims/GameData/Walls
