The Sims 2 - Create your own custom Family and Home

I was getting bored of all My old clothing and furniture. I was up for a new challenge. So I created a lot of custom content for My game. And downloaded some Objects and skins from other sites. That made My sims world a lot more interesting. But You need a lot of money to make all Your Sim dreams come true, so I wrote this tutorial to make things go easier for other Simmers.
Preparations
First You need to make Your Own custom clothing and furniture, or download Them from one of the list of websites mentioned in this post. Then build Yourself a house filled with Your custom furniture.
Cash Flow
A new family has only 20.000 simoleans so You cant buy the custom House before gaining more money. Offcourse You can play the game and wait untill You earned enough money. But I have a much easier way, I buy the smallest empty lot there is, and I move My family there. I open the cheatbox by holding in CTRL+ ALT+ C+, Then type in this cheat motherlode. This will give You 50.000 simoleans. Then copy the cheat with CTRL+ C and paste by holding CTRL+ V that makes it go quicker. When You have the money You need stop and go back to the neighborhood.
Moving Your Family
Move Your Family out of the empty lot back into the Family Catalogue and then into Your Custom House. Start Playing and enjoy.
