The Sims 2 - Making an Arc shaped Bridge

Software Needed:

- The Sims 2 EA games / Maxis

Making an arc shaped bridge.

I will explane how to make the arc shaped bridge in a few simple steps.

1. Starting the game

Run The Sims 2 and open the neighborhood were You want to build the bridge. Buy a lot and place it in the neighborhood, then go to the lot.

2. Platform

Get the platform tool and create two platforms both four squares big, with 2 by 4 squares between the two platforms as displayed below.

3. Floor Tool

Get the floor tool and create a floor over the two platforms and over the 2 by 4 squares between the two platforms as displayed below.

4. Enter Cheat

Push ctrl+shift+C and the cheatbox will be opened in the left upper corner of the screen. Then type the following cheat in the cheatbox: boolProp constrainFloorElevation false. Go to the the level tool and get the tool to reduce hight. You can choose between big, medium and small I always get small that makes it easier. I always drop the walls down so it is easier to see what I am doing. click on the firts row between the platforms and level it with one click. Do the same on the other side. work Your way in to the middle with one click more each row.

5. Decorate

Push ctrl+shift+C and the cheatbox will be opened in the left upper corner of the screen. Then type the following cheat in the cheatbox: boolProp constrainFloorElevation true. This will make sure the cheat is turned of again so You will not screw up the rest of Your house. Then start decorating the bridge with stairs, hand rails, wall and floor coverings.

6. Finish it

Save the lot and then it is up to You and Your imagination to finish it with a park or a beautyfull house.
